Privacy Policy

We explain what data we receive through the FleetPoint website, what we use it for, and what rights you have when you contact us.

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Data controller and contact

The data controller is Muto sp. z o.o., ul. Władysława Pytlasińskiego 10/12/14, 00-777 Warszawa, National Court Register (KRS) no. 0000649704, Tax ID (NIP) 5213757445, Statistical No. (REGON) 365959145, operating under the FleetPoint brand. FleetPoint organizes fleet service; the workshop facility is operated by eCarService in Szemud. For matters concerning personal data, write to [email protected] or call 536 736 745. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. Purposes, legal bases and whether providing data is required

We process data submitted through the form to handle your inquiry, prepare a quote, take in a service or claims report, and carry out further arrangements — under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where this is done before entering into, or in connection with performing, a contract. For any remaining purposes, the basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): conducting correspondence, keeping the form secure, and defending against legal claims. Providing your data is voluntary, but without the fields marked as required we cannot process your request.

3. Scope of data

We may receive your company name, tax ID, first and last name, phone number, email address, information about your fleet and vehicle, and a description of your case. To keep the form secure, we also process technical data, including IP address, the time the request was submitted, the page address, and UTM campaign parameters if you arrived at the site through a tagged link. Please don't submit special categories of data or full documents that aren't needed at the first-contact stage.

4. Recipients and data sharing

Your data may be received by entities that support us with hosting, email, IT systems maintenance and security, and — to the extent necessary to carry out the case — entities involved in servicing the vehicle. We only use the recipients needed for a given purpose. If you consent to analytics, your data may be processed by Google Analytics; information on Google's data protection practices and any transfers outside the EEA is available in Google's documentation.

5. Retention period

We retain inquiry data until the case is closed, and afterward for as long as needed to demonstrate it was handled correctly or to defend against legal claims. Data related to a concluded agreement is retained for the duration of the agreement, and afterward for the period required by accounting and tax regulations and statutory limitation periods. Technical data used for security purposes is retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose.

6. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and data portability where the law provides for it. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Cookies and analytics

The site stores your analytics decision locally under the key fleetpoint_analytics_consent; this is necessary to remember your choice. We only activate Google Analytics once you select "I agree." Declining doesn't limit the site or the form in any way. You can change your decision at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. We don't use marketing cookies on this site.
