You report

One report, one channel

A driver or fleet coordinator reports the case once — every follow-up, approval, and status update runs through the same channel, with no switching between the workshop, the insurer, and the company.

How we work

From the report to a vehicle ready to go

The driver reports the issue, FleetPoint organizes the case, and the responsible person at the company gets the information needed to make a decision.

  1. 01

    Report

The driver or fleet manager shares the vehicle details, symptoms, location and expected timing.

  2. 02

    Assessment

We agree how the vehicle will be handed over, the scope of diagnostics, and the priority of the case.

  3. 03

    Approval

The authorized person receives the scope of work, the cost, and the expected completion date.

  4. 04

    Repair & report

We carry out the repair, keep you informed of significant changes, and deliver a summary of the work done.

Work carried out at a real facility, not handed off to a subcontractor

We organize the vehicle's technical service, contact with the driver, cost approval and a summary of the work done. The company doesn't need to coordinate each participant separately.

We have the deepest experience with Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen commercial vehicles, but we also service other passenger and commercial vehicle brands used in company fleets.

And at every stage, you're back to one number.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about working with FleetPoint

How is FleetPoint different from a regular car repair shop? +

FleetPoint isn't a workshop — it's a single point of contact that organizes the report, cost approval and the repair carried out at the eCarService facility. The company deals with one partner instead of coordinating the workshop, the insurer and the driver separately.

How many vehicles do we need to start working together? +

There's no entry threshold — the model works whether you have a handful of company cars or a larger fleet with many drivers.

What does the first report look like? +

Just describe the vehicle and the situation through the form or by phone. Within business hours, we come back with timing, scope and a cost to approve, before any work begins.

Do we need to sign a contract to get started? +

No. A single case can be handled without a prior agreement — we only set up ongoing cooperation and individual terms once a company wants a repeatable fleet-service model.

What's your service area? +

Our core area is the Tricity and Kashubia (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Wejherowo, Rumia, Reda, Żukowo). We agree a wider area individually based on the number and location of vehicles.

Who receives the invoice and the summary of work? +

The billing and summary go to the person the company designates — a fleet manager, an owner, or the admin team — regardless of who reported the vehicle.
